Behind the scene : Web Quest Video – Coastal Cleanup Drive

After the cooking demo, next activity’s a Web Quest. We need to choose a problem and provide a solution on our chosen problem. Last February 15, 2019 after we’ve watched Supremo Redux, we spared sometime to plan about our web quest.

Looking so serious…
Head’s aching for ideas πŸ˜€

We have weighed our choices. The next day, we’ve gathered again to pick our final web quest.

Laying out the pros and cons of our option
We’re taking this web quest seriously…
Finally, going home after a thorough meeting

We have decided to do a coastal cleanup drive at Poblacion 3 Villanueva, last February 18, 2019.

On our way to the coast. πŸ™‚

Overall the web quest experience is one for the books! We never thought that we could learn a lot just by doing this web quest. This is one way to raise awareness for the problems that our community’s experiencing. We would like to give our heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Clyde B. Galceran for graciously accommodating our request for an interview. To Barangay Captain of Poblacion 3 Villanueva, Hon. Leah V. Dagasuhan, for allowing us to conduct our web quest video in your community. To everyone who exert an effort in making this project possible. Thank you very much! In the height of technology, it is important to bare in mind how can we help in conserving electricity!?! We believe that the right time is NOW. Not tomorrow, not later, not soon but NOW.

We would like to thank Cherise’s mother, Mrs. Perla Nabong for the gracious welcome in their house. Thank you auntie! ❀ You can check out our video here!

What is Structured Problem Solving?

Structured Problem Solving provides a systematic approach to advance from the identification of a problem to the solution.

The structured problem solving process known as 4D’s also exemplifies the instructional shift in digital learning:

  • Define the problem
  • Design the solution
  • Do the work
  • Debrief on the outcome

By following the 4 D’s, one will achieve a step-by-step structured process for resolving problems that can be useful in any area of your life.

Who are we?

To start, we are the “Educ Questers“. As you can read by our name, you’ll probably have an idea what this blog is all about! Still, let me lay it out on the table. We created this blog for our Education Technology 2 subject. This will serve as a repertoire of all activities done for the whole semester.
